1. RENTAL RATES

The rental prices are "ALL INCLUSIVE" and include:

  • Rent;
  • Fire and glass insurance;
  • insurance;
  • all taxes;
  • Agency Costs;;
  • cold water use;
  • telephone Subscription.

The following costs are NOT included in the rental and will be deducted from the deposit:

  • use of gas, electricity, hot water and heating, according to meter reading;
  • bank fees;
  • cleaning if this was not done by the tenant (check after the departure of the tenant by an employee of our office!)
  • damage.

2. DEPOSIT

For each rental a deposit (at least 125 Euro) is payable, which will be refunded within 60 days after the departure of the tenant

3. DISCOUNTS

For various periods, the principle is: "The longer the stay, the cheaper the rent" applies. For further information please contact us.

4. RENTAL PERIOD

The apartments are rented by the week in principle:
1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, etc. (arrival and departure day is Friday)
Changes are sometimes possible on request. Some apartments are not rented per week [can also be rented on a daily basis]. You can occupy your apartment on arrival from 4am. On departure the keys are to be submitted at the latest by 10am in the office. These times must be respected.

5. RESERVATIONS

On the Internet ([email protected]), by telephone (00.32. (0) .58.51.19.88) or personally in the office. We will then find a suitable apartment for you at your disposal. Our office is open from 9.00 till 12.30 and from 14.00 till 17.30 - except on Sundays and Wednesdays.

If you have made your choice, a reservation form is set up. Within 5 days of reservation a deposit of 50% of the rent is to be paid. The reservation is only valid upon receipt of payment! 15 days before your arrival, the balance of the rent must be paid along with the deposit. No further notification will be sent to you.

6. USEFUL INFORMATION

Pets: Pets are allowed only with the explicit consent of the Agency. Never leave the animals alone in your apartment.

Number of guests: The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded. Exceptionally, and with the permission of the agency, an extra child's or folding bed can be rented.

Tenants bring their own cutlery, bed linen and towels.

Blankets: Two blankets per bed are provided. Blankets and pillows for the sofa beds are to be brought by the tenants themselves.

Garages and parking spaces: can be hired at our agency.
